Balance Healthcare uses one-to-one messaging to respond to people who contact the clinic about appointments, clinic logistics, product questions, pricing, or follow-up support. Messages are conversational and tied to a direct request from the customer.

Message frequency varies based on your questions, support needs, and follow-up requests.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-in
You may opt in to receive messages from Balance Healthcare by:
- Calling the clinic and asking for a booking link, contact link, or other information by text.
- Texting the clinic number directly for booking, product, pricing, or clinic information.
- Submitting a website request that asks for a follow-up text conversation.
